I flew into Philadelphia on Thursday.  I am originally from Reading so I did a bit of traveling down memory lane.  The next day the DIR-F class was to start, so I went for a good night sleep.  Bright and early at Dutch Springs.  Bob & I covered a few things for the course.  I had never met Bob Sherwood before.  I quickly got the feeling I was going to learn alot.  The students arrived and we began the course.

In my opinion, the three day version of the course is a good format, but it is still demanding.

Weather:

From Thursday thru Saturday the weather was not what I remember.  The phrase "Gray Days" comes to mind.  Well I was not disappointed, Sunday started out beautiful then went sour.

Lodging:

I stayed at the Comfort Inn.  It is very convenient to a grocery store and restaurants.
